Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

SS Services offers custom software engineering, algorithmic trading system development, SaaS architecture, web, and mobile application solutions. All projects are subject to an agreed-upon statement of work outlining deliverables, timelines, and technical scope.

2. Payment Terms

Standard practice requires a 50% upfront deposit before development commences. The remaining 50% balance is due exclusively prior to final production deployment or handover of source code. Invoices are payable within 7 business days of issuance.

3. Scope & Revisions

Our proposals include up to two rounds of minor revisions per defined project milestone. Revisions outside the initial project scope, or requested after final approval, will be scoped and billed additionally at our standard hourly engineering rate.

4. IP Ownership

All Intellectual Property (IP) rights, including source code and custom architecture developed during the project, are fully transferred to the client upon receipt of full and final payment. SS Services retains no right to resell your custom proprietary logic.

5. Confidentiality (NDA)

We operate under strict confidentiality. We do not disclose client trading strategies, proprietary algorithms, or SaaS source code. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any sensitive technical discussions begin.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we engineer systems for high performance and reliability, SS Services is not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of trading algorithms, bots, or software bugs. The client is solely responsible for backtesting, forward testing, and risk management parameters before deploying capital in live markets.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate project agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable commercial laws governing B2B software transactions in our operational jurisdiction.
